Make Your Own Monster! An Illustration Workshop with TS Wolfe (Ages 8-11 Years)

Have you ever wanted to invent your very own fantastical beast? Join illustrator TS Wolfe for a wildly creative workshop inspired by his picture book, ODDITY: Adventures in Nonsense.

Perfect for fans of all things fantastical (and a great warm-up for Flossy Boo & The Impossible Island of Flabbergast!), this 2-hour session will teach you how to bring your wildest imaginations to life on the page.

In this workshop, you will:

• Discover the Isle of Oddity: Get a behind-the-scenes look at Tom’s original ink paintings and meet the bizarre creatures and green-skinned Odditians that live in his book.
• Learn Illustration Tricks: Find out how professional illustrators come up with their ideas.
• Create Your Own Creature: Learn how to mash-up, shrink, and “gigantify” everyday animals to design, draw, and name your very own unique monster!

All drawing materials provided! Just bring your imagination.
