Action for Elders is a registered charity that works with older people to make a real difference to the quality of their later life, whatever their circumstances. This year, they celebrate ten years of making lives better for those in the older community.
Join Action For Elders for Gentle Years Yoga with Tutor Jan Anthony.
Helps to build strength, stability and co-ordination, along with breathing techniques to improve capacity and soothe the nervous system.
Seated yoga/suitable for all abilities. Followed by tea and chat.
All welcome, no need to book – just turn up.
Sessions are free, however donations to Action for Elders are always welcome.
