Booking Policy

BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS
The Box Office is open 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
We are also open an hour before the start of an event or cinema screening.

BOOKING / RESERVING POLICY
Tickets for all events can be purchased online / at the box office in person or by telephone (01639 843163).

Tickets cannot be reserved – payment is required on booking.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash or credit/debit card payments.

Online payments are processed through Realex. Realex Payments are a highly trusted online payment card processor, accredited with the Account Information Security certification by VISA and compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Version 3.22, the highest level of compliance.

We do not store your bank details on our system whether you pay in person, over the phone or online.

We have contractual arrangements with Ticketsolve, our online Box Office system, and Realex to ensure that your data is secure and protected at all times.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Attendees should be present at the event to register or collect tickets at least 20 minutes in advance of event start times.

Tickets for live events cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled. We can offer a ticket exchange for cinema or live broadcast screenings.

Event management reserve the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.

Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of event management staff and at an appropriate interval.

Event management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.

Event management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
