Our volunteers help us with all sorts of events and activities, and make a vital contribution to the work that we do in serving all communities in our area.
In return, we offer opportunities – to see theatre performances and film screenings, to receive training and, most importantly of all, to become part of The Welfare’s own community.
We accept applications at any time.
Ages 18+ only.
To apply, please get in touch using our Contact Form.
For just £10.00 a year you can become a Friend of The Hall.
As well as contributing to keeping your Arts and Community Centre central to the community, becoming a Friend will include discounted tickets.
Donations help secure our future. No matter how big or small, every donation received is gratefully appreciated.
For details on making a donation, please contact the Box Office.
With over 40,000 customers attending our venue per year and over 100 visiting companies, we make a huge impact on the number of people visiting Ystradgynlais. We always encourage “staying local”, recommending other local businesses to our audiences and partner organisations.
By sponsoring us, we can continue to put on great quality shows and events, enticing more people to visit the area.
We can create a sponsorship package to suit any budget, with some great benefits on offer including discounts for you and your staff on tickets, discounted room hire rates and free inclusion in our brochure.
