When Lily and her family move to a small seaside town in Wales, she misses her friends, and life in the city. A walk on the beach changes everything as Lily makes a magical discovery that causes her to transform into a mermaid. What begins as every girl’s dream come true, becomes tricky as Lily grapples with keeping it a secret from her younger sister Sophie, who is obsessed with mermaids. Filmed in Pendine Sands and Laugharne in Carmarthenshire, with story set in a fictional Welsh seaside town.
